Drink Duluth Poster
This poster was our first Illustrator project. I chose to do a poster showing all of the different cider houses and breweries that are found in Duluth, Minnesota. I used google maps to find all of the locations and names of the distilleries, and then I went onto their websites and pulled their brand colors out in order to use them for the poster.

The Assets
Duluth is home to many different cider houses and breweries. I took the shape of Duluth and recreated it in Illustrator and then took the most common brand color from each shop and used it to color their name in order to help separate them out.
One of Duluths main attraction is the fact that it is on the coast of Lake Superior. I chose blue as a background color to represent that, and I chose a blue color that didn’t overpower the overall design but also didn’t blend too much with the blues of the names.
